Like a Circle, the Three Major Aspects of your Life affect each other. Your Life, your Career, and your Health are all Pieces of the Whole You.

Health Coaching: Using the services of M.D.'s, R.N.s, Health and Life Coaches, Naturopathic Physicians, Chiropractic Physicians, Reflexologists, Nutritionists and Massage Therapists we develop a personalized health plan just for you.

You’ve heard the phrase “complementary medicine?” Well, at The Healthy Green Lifestyle Center, we truly use all of the available medicinal traditions to complement each other. Holistic medicine, traditional (Western) medicine, herbal medicine, exercise, yoga, and much more, all combined to bring you to your BEST HEALTH.

Life Coaching: You and your Life Coach work together to find ways to improve your overall approach to life. By reorganizing your thoughts and your life, you can be more effective, more productive, and more relaxed. More Balanced!

The Healthy Green Lifestyle Center coaches work with you to find out what your priorities are and how to accomplish everything you need to accomplish. Your coaching will include an 8-step process that includes overcoming any roadblocks or inner conflicts you may have, until we can focus on you becoming the TRUE YOU.

Here's How It Works

Our 8-step Process: An Overview

Because we want you to understand that this is not just about positive thinking and powerful wishing, here is our EXCLUSIVE 8-Step Process for helping you find a Healthy Balance and get your life moving in the direction you always wanted.

Here's what you'll receive with your personalized Coaching program through The Healthy Green Lifestyle Center.

Step 1. A Complimentary Coaching Session This is 30 min complimentary coaching session that allows you to share some basic lifestyle information and allows us to better understand you and your interests. Once we have gathered some basic information and shared with you our basic coaching model we can then match you with one of our Coaches that best fits you and your needs.

We believe good chemistry is very important between clients and coaches and we make every effort to find the right fit for you! We will work with you to find that chemistry until you make that comfortable connection with one of our coaches.

This initial coaching session typically takes place by phone, in person or by talking via computers using Skype.



Step 2. Lifestyle and Health Assessments.
After connecting with our best health care professionals to meet your specific needs, your health team will work with you as you complete Lifestyle and Health assessments.

I know you might be thinking "assessments" but working with your health team to complete a couple of assessments is Fun...it's an Educational and Uplifting event! This is one of your first steps in your journey and we try to make it Fun and Educational for you!

This may take 2 or 3 sessions...30-60 minutes each. Step 2 also includes some "Baby Steps" for you to complete between coaching sessions. These are easy to complete assignments that help you get off to a successful start and build momentum.


Step 3. Begin Developing Your Personalized Health Plans

This step includes meeting with you to discuss the picture and story that was developed from your assessments. This step typically takes 1-2 sessions.

We will report back and confirm with you our understanding of the assessments. Once we are on the same page and really understand where you are in life and where you may be out of balance we will begin to formalize your personalized Health Plan including:

> Specific educational components related to your health concerns
> Identifying potential Life and Health Goals
> Prioritizing Action Steps including "baby steps" to create momentum and early success
> Potential treatment options recommended by the health care team, if any.

Remember, this is your personalized health plan and we encourage you to implement this plan on your own if you have the confidence and support at home to follow through with the plan.


Its your option, you can implement your plan on your own or you can utilize your health team at the Lifestyle Center.

Step 3 continued. If you do choose to utilize the support of a Health coach, your personalized Health Plan is broken into weekly coaching assignments and weekly coaching sessions. Every week for 12-16 weeks you will receive an email in your coaching folder with your homework assignment for the week as well as a reminder.

Each assignment is simple to do and usually takes about 10-20 minutes each week.

The coaching program includes weekly comminication with your coach. Your coach is going to hold you Accountable while helping you stay focused and motivated so you can make your Health plan a realty.


Step 4. Finding Your Life's Purpose and Passion

Next, you and your coach will build a “story and vision board” using photos and key statement that will highlight your passions and your LIFE’S PURPOSE.

Because your story and vision board is uniquely yours, it will help to point the way to your purpose. This will help you and your Coach to make decisions that will lead you to your Life’s Purpose and PASSION.



Step 5. Success Modeling

For most people this is the most exciting step: Success Modeling. You and your coach will use your story and vision board to create models of your future, not the future of “just getting by,” but the future of your DREAMS.

Your model is not set in stone. Over time, it will change with new revelations and uncovered passions. This is the point in your coaching where you will really begin rolling: You will have a visual PLAN to achieve your PURPOSE.
This really is a Fun Self Journey! The feelings that come from this part of the coaching process really connect with your inner soul and helps bring out those positive emotions and the energy to move forward and make a difference!

Step 6. Online Journaling about your Weekly Progress

Using Online Journaling to track your progress is Fun. This is the part of the process when you can begin to celebrate your ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

Your online journal is yours to write and share, or simply keep private. It is the perfect place to record your thoughts, keep track of changes throughout the week, and give your coach insight into your daily life.



Step 7. Building a Community Around You

This step is all about building a community around you. With your coach, you will begin to gather empathetic individuals, many of whom are on the same journey at various stages.

Community is the key to SUSTAINED SUCCESS. This is the group that can keep you accountable, even when you, yourself, have lost some of your tenacity.

Step 8. Giving Back and Paying Forward .

Giving Back and Paying Forward are a couple of terms that best describe what is involved in this step. Volunteering and Sharing your new experiences in our friendly and supportive community. These are other like-minded people who are improving their lives and could benefit from your experience and successes.

Volunteering through the Lifestyle Center or some other organization is an excellent way to Give Back!

Volunteering or finding some way to Give Back really helps put your stamp on this Coaching program. This step ties all the other pieces together and makes you feel more complete. Join in the fun and start a more rewarding life today!
